It’s true what they say, abs are made in the kitchen. But we aren’t talking about a thousand crunches or a 30-minute plank. We’re talking about nutrition. Many of us follow nutrition habits we learned from our parents. Breakfast was sugary cereals, school lunches were always sandwiches and chips. And maybe every Friday was dinner out (our family went to Sizzler!). Yikes! While this might have been convenient, especially for working parents with several kiddos at home, it was not healthy or balanced. What parents need is education.
