Do you set goals for the new year?

It’s that time of year again! When a new year comes, it feels like the perfect time for a fresh start. A new beginning, a chance to make the changes you’ve been putting off. But when the new year comes, do you find yourself still struggling and not knowing what to do to reach the goals you set for yourself?

What is something that typically holds you back from reaching your goals?

Time?
Money?
Effort?
Mindset?

Start there. Determine what is holding you back and write it down (I’m using this beautiful PaleOMG Good Day Journal). Then work on your goals from there. Goal setting and goal attaining are a process. It doesn’t happen overnight (no matter how much we wish it did) and you are worth the work. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
